What a disagreeable woman, must be a nightmare working with her. Totally agree with Greg, how can you be motivated without a decent pay?

The format of Heavy Strategy is that Johna and Greg (me) disagree and then debate the ‘disagreement’. It doesn’t matter what our professional or personal opinions are.

The point of this debate is surface ideas and topics that help you to think about your approach to the problem. We aren’t ‘solving’ your problems, that’s up to you. Does that makes sense ?

Quiet Quitting Hustle Culture doesn’t matter. Keep your customers happy matters. Customers metrics response and new products that people want and need solves any business problem. Innovation at is core will always solve pay. Understanding where you as an employee sit in the org and advocate properly will give you higher pay. Before you move to advocate you as and employee need to see incentive from your management. Culture plays a big picture.
